MATE of mine (MASSIVE Spurs lad) got his own drainage company.... shown us some of the fantastic videos he's got of his camera going up and down the sewers... some magnificent RAT shots

Yours. Call dyno rod. Will cost about 140 quid to clear if they have to get the camera out. Happened to me about a month back because my dick head wife kept putting baby wipes down the toilet.

It depends, it might be a public sewer that runs through.
But if it's part of the sewerage that runs from the house to the public sewer, then it's the home owner.
Our company, Welsh Water, are pretty responsive and helpful - have you actually had them out to look at it yet?
